Before we decorate anything, you see exactly what we plan to make and tell us it is right. This page explains how that works and what your approval means.
When you approve a proof, you confirm that everything on it is correct and that you are authorized to approve it. We are not responsible for errors that were on an approved proof, including typos, wrong sizes or quantities, wrong colors you approved, or low-quality artwork you supplied. If something is wrong with an approved order, we will try to help, but redoing it may be at your cost.
Only the person who placed the order or someone they have named to us in writing can approve a proof. If you are ordering for a company, club or team, please make sure the right people have checked it before you approve.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use the logos, names, images and text you give us, and that using them will not infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse any job that appears to use protected marks, licensed characters, or team or brand logos without permission. You agree to defend and hold us harmless against claims arising from artwork or content you supply.
Proofs are digital and screens vary, so printed or stitched colors may look a little different. Thread and ink colors are matched as closely as the process allows. Embroidery may need small adjustments to fine detail so it stitches cleanly, and we will keep the look of your logo. Final decoration size and placement may vary slightly from piece to piece.
If you need a change after approving, tell us immediately. If production has not started we will try to accommodate it, and a new proof and extra charges may apply. Once production starts, changes are not possible.
For rush jobs we may shorten the proof process. In that case your quick approval is even more important, and the same approval rules apply.
