We collect only what we need to quote, make and ship your order, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.
Name, company, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, artwork you send, and messages you send us. Our website and forms may also collect basic technical data such as your browser type, pages visited and referring site. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store full card numbers.
Only with service providers that help us do business, such as our e-commerce platform, blank-garment and shipping providers, payment processors, email and customer-management tools, and calendar and scheduling tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Text messaging opt-in data and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our service providers include ClientConnects (forms and customer management), DecoNetwork (product design and online ordering), and Meta (advertising and analytics).
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Your Name On It may text you about your quote, proof, order status, appointments, and, if you opted in to them, promotions. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message. We will still send order-related emails.

Our site and ads use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure advertising and to count when a form is completed; Meta may receive information about your visit and handles it under its own privacy policy. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep order and customer records as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
